Q At what time can I check in and at what time do I have to check out?

A The earliest check in time is 13:00 pm. If there are available rooms for the guests before the time we mentioned above, our reception staff will help you for sure. The latest check out time is 12:00 pm. For the late check out regulations, please contact to the reception desk.

Q Are there safety deposit boxes available in the rooms?

A Yes there are safety boxes in the rooms for free of charge. They have space for laptops.

Q Why is my credit card needed to make a reservation?

A We need your credit card details just for the guarantee of your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged unless you do not cancel your reservation within the cancellation period.

Q How can I come to the hotel from the Ataturk Airport?

A By Tram:
You arrive in the International Arrivals terminal, purchase your visa, pass through Immigration (passport) and Customs control. Exit the secure Customs area, turn right and walk to the end of the terminal watching for signs to the Hafif Metro (“Light Rail System”).

Stop along the way to get some Turkish Liras from currency exchange offices or cash machines (ATMs) in the Arrivals hall. No matter how you plan to travel into the city, you will need some local currency.

Go down the escalator, through the sliding glass doors, turn right and follow the Hafif Metro/Light rail system signs along the broad underground concourse to the Havalimanı (Airport) Metro station on the left at the end. This concourse beneath the parking garage connects the Domestic and International terminals.

Buy one or two Metro tokens (jeton) at the booth. You’ll need two tokens to travel from Atatürk Airport to Gulhane Stop where the hotel is located. Ride to Zeytinburnu from the Ataturk Airport, where you have to transfer to the Zeytinburnu-Kabataş tram for the ride to the hotel at Gulhane Stop.

2. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Atatürk Havalimanı Cd 2.8 km

Q Do you have connecting rooms for a family?

A Yes we have connection rooms and family rooms. Each room has two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In each family suite, one of the bedrooms has one double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds.

Q Do you provide a crib on request?

A Yes, we have a crib and it is free of charge. If you would like us to put a crib in your room, please let us know in advance, when you make your reservation.

Q Do you have non-smoking rooms?

A Most of the rooms are non-smoking. If you are a smoker, please let us know in advance.
